Bright and newly renovated private 1 bedroom guest house for up to 4 guests. Main floor, no stairs, private entrance, private parking. Bedroom - 1 double bed. Living room - 1 queen bed, kitchen, power reclining love-seat and TV. Bathroom - shower, washer and dryer. Patio set. Close to 407 1 hour drive to downtown Toronto 15 min drive to Oshawa Centre 10 min drive to Darlington Provincial park 30 min to Kirby ski resort 5 min drive to a plaza with Walmart, Supercentre, Winners, etc. Guests are able to self check in and out as the key is in a lock box. Available when needed 50 km. east of Toronto The guest house is a main floor unit and it is part of the house. There is a level above the guest unit , which is occupied by the owner and guests can hear sometimes people walking / talking. We do our best to walk as quiet as possible above the guest unit.
