Leisurely long walks or bike and horse riding can be enjoyed around the lake or just take a picnic, relax and take in the view. Several world-class golf courses are located within a short drive. The nearest Golf course is La Finca (2km). Nearby are a number of lovely Blue Flag beaches ranging from small coves to long stretches of golden sand. Jet skiing and kite surfing are available at some of the beaches. A short drive or 20-minute stroll finds the local market town of Los Montesinos, which offers small bars and restaurants serving a variety of international and Spanish dishes. Local fiestas are often held near the picturesque church and the traditional Spanish square.
