Cozy Yurt for 2 at Hill Farm, Tintern

Immerse yourself in nature at our eco retreat at Hill Farm, Tintern. With 15 acres overlooking The Wye Valley and Tintern Abbey, Hill Farm is the perfect location for a short break to recharge the batteries. Our self contained off-grid yurts offer all the creature comforts whilst being immersed in nature. We also offer lots of added extras to make your stay even more enjoyable. Minimum 2 nights stay open from April until the end of October. Retreat to the forest and nurture your wellbeing. With 15 acres overlooking The Wye Valley and Tintern Abbey, Hill Farm is the perfect location for a break to recharge the batteries. Enjoy spectacular views overlooking the Wye Valley and time exploring the 15-acre farm encompassing woodland, paddocks and streams with walks, bike rides and many attractions close by for everyone to enjoy. We currently have 3 yurts in the field. 2 18 ft yurts (suitable 2 adults and up to 3 children) and a 12 ft yurt suitable for 2 persons. These are distanced apart and each yurt has a wood burner, comfortable beds (a double and 2/3 singles) with professionally cleaned linen, a towel for each guest and some added creature comforts. Each yurt includes a covered outdoor kitchen area with a picnic bench, crockery, cutlery, utensils and a cool box (we replace ice blocks for you). You are welcome to use a communal fridge/freezer that will be regularly cleaned during your stay and you will have access to a USB charging point. We are dog friendly but please ask dogs not to jump on beds/furniture. A compost toilet will be allocated for you to use during your stay, solely for you and your family. Additionally we have a communal hot water shower in an upcycled horse box which will be cleaned throughout the day, with a communal washing up area behind. Before you arrive, we will email you a welcome pack with all the information that you will need during your stay at Hill Farm, Tintern. Added Extras! You will also be asked before you arrive if you would like to book any extra activities or order breakfast and BBQ packs for your arrival. We work with local suppliers and will send you a list of items available for you to pre-order before arrival. Wood bags for the open fire – Available from Hill Farm. Locally sourced Breakfast and BBQ Packs. Pizza’s Nights: from May to October – Wednesday and Saturday night. £15 adult, £8 Child including freshly picked salad (depending on when you stay). Sauna: £50 for 2 hours (thoroughly cleaned in between guests with a gap in between bookings). Sauna and hot tub experience: £250 (available first come first served). This can be available from 3pm for as long as you would like it into the evening. Woodland Yoga: £30 for a one hour practice. Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing): Various Packages available - info in welcome pack. Check in between 4-8pm and self check in after.
