Windermere Estate A beautiful architecturally designed home located on a working cattle property on the Hunter River, at Windermere. Located in close proximity to the famous Hunter Vineyards (Pokolbin), and all they have to offer in the way of wine, food and concerts. The home offers unspoilt vistas of a rural setting from multiple living areas that captures light from all angles, seamlessly flowing to outdoor areas, perfect for entertaining family and friends. A putting green / sand bunker and golf clubs are available for use. Table tennis is available for use. A porta cot and high chair are available for use if required, please request at booking. The is plenty of parking available for guests on site. Please DO NOT park in the garage, this is an extra area guest can use. Please park in the house yard. If there are several cars due to visitor number, vehicles can be parked outside house yard, near old farm sheds. Please note that the house yard fence is an electric fence and is in working order to keep cattle from entering house yard, PLEASE ensure that all GUESTS especially CHILDREN / INFANTS - DO NOT TOUCH. Currently the property and wider Hunter Valley is in drought, we ask that guests are mindful of the drought and conserve water while staying at the property by minimising the length of showers and depth of baths taken. Overuse of water may result in additional charges, if water is required to be tanked in for future guests.
