Stylish basement apartment

Private space with modern decor, and very bright for a basement apartment. Definitely your home away from home! The apartment should have everything that you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! This basement apartment is a modern, completely private unit with a separate entrance. There is a king sized bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, Cogeco TV with Netflix, wifi, computer for internet access, Tassimo coffee maker, and a washer and dryer. Private apartment with a separate entrance. Access to the apartment is in our backyard at the back of the house. You will probably run into our very small and friendly dogs (a Puggle and a Shi-Poo). They are very excitable and they love guests! Since access to the apartment is through the backyard, you will most likely see or run into my family, as we live upstairs and hang out in the backyard on nice days. We live in an exceptional neighbourhood in the Hamilton/ Stoney Creek area, literally close to everything. We are also centrally located between Toronto and Niagara Falls (roughly 45 minutes to either). We live a minutes walk from Eastgate Square shopping centre (which has a Fortinos grocery store located inside), as well as other retail stores. We are a short walking distance to city bus stops and the Go Bus, as well as banks, restaurants (Swiss Chalet, Kelsey's, East Side Marios, Jack Astors, The Sunset Grill, and many many more), as well as loads of fast food restaurants. We are also close to scenic hiking trails (with waterfalls) and parks. We would be happy to provide any other neighbourhood details upon the arrival of our guests. We live extremely close to bus routes and the Go Bus.
