Country house near Lugano lake

Dolce Dimora".this is how my grandmother defined this "Sweet cottage" near the Lugano lake, on the Italian side, 1h from Milan and 25 min from Lugano.The house is composed by two separate structure divided by a garden and a porches.In the main house you have the kitchen,the bathroom and the bedroom with a double bed plus a child bed.In the other structure you have a nice porches and the living room with a sofa bed. The house offers also a large garden,bicycles,BBQ,2 fireplaces This house belongs to our family sinces decades. fully restored in 2010 years ago, we use for calm week ends on the lake. I have also a boat that could be rent separetly a the port (1km). Easy parking in front of the house. All the house is accessible I live in Milan (1h by car), so if you need some help and/or for any emergency I will be available to support you. The Lake of Lugano is located at 1,5km, the nearest city on the lake is Porto Ceresio. I have also a motorboat at the port that could be rent separetly Lugano (CH) 23km; Luino 23km (lago Maggiore); Locarno (CH) 57km Malpensa Airport 47km; Como 30km, Milano center 72km; Bergamo 110km. I think that this house is fit for a couple or a family that would like to relax and also discorver the nothern lakes as well as cities like Milan or Bergamo. Pets are very welcome
