The assembly of two old half-timbered barns allowed the realization of a typically Norman house. The interior completely redesigned by us is modern and sober.The facilities are in very good condition and functional. Ideally located, it offers beautiful opportunities to discover the region: 15 min of the city center of Rouen, Perfect for ARMADA 2019 45 min from the sea, 1h15 from the beaches of Deauville, 2h from the landing beaches: Ohama Beach, Ouistreham ... You can also discover the beauty of the buckles of the Seine and the route of the cottages. We suggest you some "cooking lessons", which is the main activityin the house all along the year. The 4 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. BE CAREFUL : THE 4TH ROOM DOWNSTAIR IS NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE. Plase, ask me before your reservation. There are two well-exposed outdoor terraces, one of which is equipped with a banner. A garden area and parking spaces are reserved for you. The forest is 5 minutes walk from the house and you can find a bakerie, a butcher's shop and a grocery in Houppeville. You will find a bus stop 10 minutes walking distance, which bring you to the city-center of Rouen.
