Brand new 5 story building in the center of Chinatown. You have the entire floor to yourself and you can't hear the neighboring building tenants. There is no one in the 3rd floor as well. 65 INCH SMART TV COMING 2/10!!!!!!!! super awesome yay :) UPDATE: fiber internet is being installed soon, the speed will fast download and upload (1gb up and down) super fast. smart tvs will have netflix, amazon video and youtube capability. Please do not play the tv too loudly. 7 minutes walk from ishikawacho station 8 minutes walk from motomachi chuukagai station 30 meters from emperor guans shrine (feel free to (Hidden by Airbnb) map for location) Super close to both stations!!!!! The space is well lit has large windows and hardwood flooring. I asked the architect to specifically put many lights inside of the unit so it is very bright. There is also nice ventilation in each of the rooms. The unit has a in unit washer and dryer combo. The machine is quiet and you can run the machine in 2-3 hours and have washed and dried clothing. There is a sofa where 3 people can sit and there also chairs and a work space table for people who need to work or use a laptop comfortably. There is no pocket wifi device There is fiber internet There is a large 65" tv starting from 2/10/ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) There is a nice shower room with strong water pressure. There is also a fan, heater, water boiler, pots, pans and enough utensils for 4 people meals. The building is very secure, the only way in is a metal door in the back or the elevator. Your elevator opens directly into the unit. It is very exclusive. The bed is a spring bed which is medium soft. The bed is a double sized bed. There are plenty of pillows and hangers for your clothing. you will have the ENTIRE floor I will be available for messaging online and you can reach me on my cell phone. Right in the middle of Chinatown, maybe very crowded on holidays. There are many many cantonese, northern, southern, shanghainese, spicy sichuan restaurants near by. I personally like going to the ramen restaurants near by, yakitori, curry, chinese, gyoza, desert places. The house is near many convenience stores as well as grocery stores. I believe there are at least 6 grocery stories within a 8 minute walking radius. you are nestled in between two main train lines, the stations are ishikawacho station and motomachi chuukagai station. Motomachi chuukagai station is an end station so you are always guaranteed a seat which is awesome. The station goes direct to shibuya and shinjuku and there is a F liner special train that gets there in about 32 minutes.
