Large, quiet roof room - Fast in the city center

Quiet bright large room on the 2nd floor in a family house, spatially / acoustically separated from from the other residents. With the near S-Bahn (rapid-transit railway) you get quickly to the main station / center / old town. From there to the exhibition center (Messezentrum) (toy fair) by underground in 8 min. In the room there are a coffee machine, a water cooker with coffee / tea / cups / ..., radio CD player. TV on request, free of charge. We speak English. Nous parlons français. Besides us, a couple, there's Momo, our cat. The bed is 140 cm x 200 cm. The cover has the comfort size 155 cm x 220 cm. Your living space, bathroom, toilet, kitchen. We are well-reachable (at home or often via mobile phone) and we will be glad to help with your questions and give tips to Nuremberg's sights, transport, restaurants, cafes, cultural events, ... Our house is located in the district of Laufamholz, in the east of Nuremberg, a quiet and preferred residential area. Walking distances: - Several restaurants: 1, 5, 10 minutes - large natural foods shop / crocery: 5 minutes - gas station with shop (in the evening/on Sunday): 7 minutes To the nearby S-Bahn-Station (rapid-transit railway) it's 5 minutes on foot. The S-Bahn takes you to the main station / center / old town in 10 minutes. From here the underground takes you to the exhibition center (Messezentrum)(Spielwarenmesse/toy fair), ... in 8 minutes. From our door to the door of the exhibition center you need about 25 minutes by public transport or by car. How are you coming to us? 1. Of course by train via Nürnberg-Hauptbahnhof. From there 10 minutes by S-Bahn (“S1”) (suburban train) + 6 minutes walk; or we pick you up from the S-Bahn train station "Nürnberg-Laufamholz" by car if we know when you're coming. 2.
