The flat has been recently renovated. equipped with every comfort. The furniture is completely new. The view is magnificent, as in the photos. The area is very quiet and sunny. surrounded by greenery and free of traffic. Our guests have a private balcony from which you can enjoy a unique view and the whole park to sunbathe and relax. in the garden there is also a comfortable barbecue area. The parking space is inside the property. I am available to provide any useful information to our guests. Points of interest, the best restaurants, nightclubs. On request, I can organise fishing trips in the streams or excursions in the mountains. The flat is on the first hills of Verbania, on the slopes of Monte Rosso. It is ten minutes from the lake on foot, or two minutes by car. You can reach the small village of Suna and the lake also on foot through a small pedestrian street. The area is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and can only be accessed by a private road. Very few cars pass by, only those of the residents.
