Overlooking mouth of the River Mersey and the Welsh Hills beyond. Perfectly located for beach walks. Within walking distance of many local restaurants, cafes and bars. 7 minute walk to the local station and 15 minutes on the train to Liverpool City Centre. Close proximity to Anfield, Goodison Park, Aintree Racecourse and Birkdale. One bedroom apartment, on first floor, overlooking the rear garden. Bedroom with king sized bed and wardrobe storage. Sitting room, double sofa bed, satellite tv (including Sky Sports and BT Sport). High speed internet throughout. Private bathroom - with toilet, sink and bath. Kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and utensils. We can provide travel cot and high chair if required. Access to the apartment on the first floor is through main house, accommodation does not have a separate entrance. Visitors are welcome to use the house gym, if they wish to. Guest interaction depends on the individual guest. We are available for advice etc if required. We love meeting people and I love to talk! We live in a very quiet residential area. The captain of the Titanic and the Owner of the White Star Line both lived on this street (blue plaques on their homes). Close to the beach Vibrant restaurant and cafe scene locally. Large number of independent shops also. Easy access to Liverpool City Centre via road/rail. Less than 10 minutes walk to the local train station. Taxis can be called within minutes.
