The Bungalow Annex Sleeps 1 - 2

This self contained annex has its own entrance and designated parking on the drive. Spacious double bedroom with en suite / shower. Lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer. It also hosts two electric recliner chairs, cable TV and an Alexa. Fast wifi included. One double bed in the bedroom. You can also find board games, books and jigsaws to keep you entertained in the evening. Very much a home from home. Parking on the driveway. You have complete use of our annex for your family or group of friends. You will be in a separate part of the house with its own door. We are 3 miles from Forth Valley Hospital and 20 miles from Glasgow, 30 miles from Edinburgh, 20 miles from Stirling, 4 miles from the Falkirk Wheel and 6 miles from the Kelpies. Tesco direct 10 mins walk away. Very central and to lots of local attractions. We have a friendly dog who does not have access to the annex but does have access to the garden. Side door entrance and also a back patio door leads onto the garden. One level in a fresh modern home. The annex is attached to the house but has its own entrance and is secure from the main building. Keypad to get key and I am available if required otherwise you just enjoy your stay. Canal is great for walks and fishing and a local challenging bicycle route. Local Chinese, Indian and even a Domino's within minutes. Lots to do. Very quiet area and very central to Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh. Parking available, public transport great. Five minutes drive to the motorway. Very quiet area and great for long walks, easy access via train to Glasgow and Edinburgh.
