Appartment Leeheim - Riedsee

In the basement of our house is the 1.5 room apartment on 45sqm. It is equipped with a shower room, a kitchen and a storage room, which also has a fridge-freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, cutlery etc. You can reach the apartment via a private entrance independent of the main house. Directly above the apartment is the playground of our daughter, which can be used with. The living space is actually a large space. We have installed a spatial separation in the middle, so the living-sleeping area and the cooking-dining area are visually separated. In addition to the kitchen, there is also a storage room with a fridge-freezer combination. There is plenty of storage space. In addition to the large Pax cabinet and the TV table, there is also the room divider shelf. In this rule, we have deposited many books for young and old. The bathroom consists of a toilet with washbasin and shower. The whole apartment is in a new condition. You reach the apartment through the garden gate, down a staircase, then the entrance is at the 2nd door on the right. The entrance is separate from the main house. We are happy to be available for our guests for any questions and suggestions. Riedsee: The Riedsee is only a few minutes walk, or by car or bicycle. The recreation area "Riedsee" actually consists of two lakes; both originated from gravel mining. The South Sea is not open to the public, the North Sea can be divided into a western part – which is used as an angler's area – and an eastern part, which is designated as a bathing area. In addition to the spacious and well-maintained beach area, the Riedsee offers its visitors changing rooms and sanitary facilities to a sufficient extent. During the bathing season, two bathing islands are anchored in the lake at different distances from the shore area. For beginners there is a designated bathing area in the immediate vicinity of the supervision tower of the city lifeguards. There, however, parental supervision applies. Frankfurt Airport is about 35 minutes away by car.
