Located in a pretty village between Alghero stunning beaches and Sassari many attractions, this spacious attic flat is the perfect stay if you are looking for a tranquil place far from the city centre but not in the middle of the countryside. It includes 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, a very spacious living room, storage room and small terrace. Olmedo is a village located 10 mins from Alghero's beautiful beaches, 15 mins from Sassari city life and 30 mins from stunning Stintino beaches. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and is ideal for families or groups of 3+ people The apartment has an independent entrance in the front with an internal staircase and another entrance in the back, providing access to a small terrace and the lift (lift availability is not guaranteed). The apartment is located at the second floor and, as I live downstairs, I can be available for any help. In case, I will be happy to help, advise and suggest things to do and places to visit but I am also very discreet if you need your space. I am also available for rides to/for Alghero airport for maximum 4 people. Olmedo is a small quiet village that offers a good selection of restaurants and bars. The location is very practical if you want to avoid living in a crowded city. Around the village you can also find green areas for picnic, the 'Monte Baranta' archeological site and a private swimming pool on the road to Alghero. Olmedo is connected with Sassari and Alghero by public bus services. A recently built highway allows quick car connection to other important cities of the Island.
