Pamzie Quiet Space. It is relaxing/ peaceful.

Pamzie Quiet Space is apart of my home in a quiet residential road in the Borough of Croydon. Its beautiful, quiet, peaceful and full of light and airy. The room has a lock, internet connection and a writing desk. This room is open to working people, if you are on holiday, couples, mum and baby. you can see the sun as it rises in the morning. If you are a sun person look no where else as all the sun beems through the window. Just relax and enjoy. My space is a large double room in a family home. It is south facing and is full of light and air. It is fully furnished with double wardrobe and built in storage area. It is suitable for mum and baby, couples or a single person. It comes with shared kitchen diner, bathroom, sitting area, shaded patio where i put all my washing throughout the year and a beautiful shrubbed outdoor The space are all shared except private rooms. The environment is always clean and tidy and its a no shoe and no smoking premises. Private rooms have keys and locks. Guess are provided with a key to their room and my front door. Prior to checking out, all keys are returned to the host, room is checked prior to departing. Any discrepancies or concerns would be raised before guest departed. My expectation is that guest respect my home and its a no shoe, non smoking and drugs free environment. There are Trams, Buses and, Taxi and Uber or by foot. I am a working host. But I am always available for help and support. I tried to be a home most times when guest is around. On arrival there is a brief introduction and then gest will be shown to the room. Guest would familiarise him or herself with house rules. Shown around and how things work. All guest have a fridge freezer for themselves. I IT IS MULTI CULTURAL, quiet peaceful, full of trees , light. super market , 2 minutes from my house. Great transport connection. Trams, Busses (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and uber and East Croydon trains to London and the seasides I am a working host. Most time I am at home. There are times I am not at home. However, I try to be there as much as I can for help and support. If a guest is not around when its time for checkout. I would inform AIRBNB, unless guest inform the host and further charges would be incurred. Keys must also be returned, as its quite expensive to be changing door locks.
