Our home is located in the heart of the White Mountains in Berlin, NH. From the front door, you can ride your snowmobile or ATV down the street and onto the trails. The property offers something for everyone with world class skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and ATV riding all within arms reach. This unit was just renovated with an updated kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings. Kick back and relax with super fast WiFi and YouTube TV (60+ channels including all the major sports channels) This is one of two apartments in a duplex. Both units are freshly renovated and both units are used for AirBnB. You have full access to the first floor of the building. We provide a washer and dryer (with laundry detergent and dryer sheets), a dishwasher (with dishwasher tabs), a coffee maker (with coffee and tea), and a fully furnished kitchen (pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.). We are available by phone and AirBnB messenger for any and all concerns. Check In: An automated email will be sent containing a code for the smart lock on the unit door. The code becomes active at check in time. Check Out: At check out time, simply ensure you are out of the unit. Your code deactivates automatically at the specified checkout time. Please ensure the unit is left in good condition and is tidy to avoid an excess cleaning charge. This is a neighborhood typical of the area with homes on either side of the property. Ample parking is provided behind the property. In the winter, snowmobiles can be driven on the road (per the city ordinance). In the summer time, ATV's may also be driven the on the road. Wildcat (Skiing and Snow Boarding) and Jericho State Park (ATV and Snowmobiling) are all close to the property.
