There are clotheslines in the yard - Hairdryers, shampoo and conditioner - A study area - A spacious verandah with outdoor furniture - A delicately maintained front yard with artistic European metal arches and seats, lush succulents and blooming bougainvillea - Books and children's books. When using this house for your stay, getting around is incredibly easy! The house is conveniently situated next to the bustling Riverwood shopping and dining strip. You will find that Woolworths, Aldi, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs are all within minutes away from the house. There is a KFC on the main road and the nearest McDonald's is 6min away by car. The train station is 7min away on foot. It's only another 15min train ride to the Sydney International Airport and 26min to the city centre. The house has a carport space for one car, and plenty of free all-day street parking at the front. Guests can access the entirety of the house with the exception of a storage cupboard in the hallway. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all interactions will be done online or over the phone. A peaceful neighbourhood tucked away from busy traffic, yet centrally located and close to all things you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. This home is conveniently situated next to (<5min) the bustling local shopping and dining district where you can find Woolies, Aldi, pharmacies, restaurants, KFC, cafes, pubs, clubs, Newsagency and more. We have hospitable and friendly neighbours. To help us deliver the high standard service throughout the year, we kindly ask you to respect the neighbourhood, observe and follow our House Rules at all times. Travelling to or from the Sydney airport takes a mere 19min via the T8 Airport Line (train comes every 15min) and 16min via the M5 motorway. Travelling to the city takes under 30min by car or by train. The house has one carport and a driveway for one more car. Plenty of free all-day parking in front of the house. Pest control is done every 3 months, but small insects may still appear unexpectedly. This shouldn't pose an issue if you keep doors and windows shut when the house is unoccupied, food properly stored and rubbish correctly disposed of.
