Banjo’s Cabin

Banjo's Cabin is located in the foothills of Wilkes County, North Carolina. This two-bedroom abode is named after our dog who loves the freedom of the mountain woods and creek bottom in the front yard. He also enjoys playing with the many deer, rabbits and various wildlife that we hope you can enjoy too during your stay! The cabin is also conveniently located near historic downtown North Wilkesboro, the Moravian Falls, many ski slopes, Boone, and West Jefferson. As always, pets are welcome! There is a 3/4 mile gravel road leading to this secluded property. The road follows a gorgeous creek bottom and opens up past our gate. Many of our guests enjoy listening to the creek from the front porch. There is a charcoal grill and fire pit out back. The inside space contains one master bedroom downstairs and an upstairs loft bedroom accessed by "drop down” stairs. The loft also contains a queen bed and a futon. There is a living room area that has a couch which can accommodate another individual. A full kitchen and one full bathroom complete the space. This property is located on a secluded piece of land with a privately maintained road. Plenty of parking is available. We drive sedan cars and have never had issues. However, if it has recently rained or snowed, all wheel drive is recommended. Please let us know if you have any specific questions regarding the commute to the cabin.
