Fully equipped with pots, pans, oven trays, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Dining table and 4 chairs (additional chairs accessible under the stairs). Living room with French doors opening onto garden patio, TV, PS4, small selection of board/card games, multi-fuel stove (coal/logs supplied). Bedrooms: 1 king, 1 twin (can be converted into king if needed), 1 single/double (daybed). 1 bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Large south facing garden with decking, bbq area and seating. Parking: Off-street parking for 2 cars. On-street parking available for any additional vehicles. Welcome to Collingham! A peaceful Nottinghamshire village.
