Quiet oasis -private pool, 5 bdrm/3.5 bath home

Welcome friends to our home! Our 5 bdrm house has a main level with hardwood floors, mudroom with beach towels and washer and dryer, and gourmet kitchen open into the dining area and living room. (4 bdrms up and 1 bdrm on lower level) Main levels opens out to our lovely in ground pool with diving board, outdoor patio seating, swing and sun lounger chairs along with propane firepit and grill to enjoy your stay in Minnesota in the summer. Great, quiet neighborhood to enjoy your stay in MN! 1Master bedroom with split king bed and attached bathroom with double sinks 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (twin over double) 3rd bedroom with double bed 4th bedroom with twin bed (and ample floor space for air mattress) **bathroom with shower and bath located upstairs Lower level has the 5th bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower next to it Lower level also has a recreation room with games and foosball table We have a queen aerobed, a twin air mattress, and single floor matt for a child, with bedding. Sleeps 10 adults, but accommodate more with children, keeping shower times short! Guests can use the whole house, condiments, full use of kitchen, mudroom and grill. Closets and drawers will mostly be off limits except the closet in the bedroom downstairs for hanging clothes. You will have refrigerator space, and space for wine in our wine frig. There is a small amount of freezer space available.l We are not far away! We are available by a text or phone call and can get back to you quickly. Ask us about restaurants or suggestions of things to do! We live in a quiet neighborhood that is about 1 mile loop. A path connects through the neighborhood that is great for miles of walking or biking. Just a short walk down the sidewalk is a fishing pier. About 3 minutes away is Highlands Park Splash pad with park and tennis courts. We are 10 minutes from Afton State Park and 15 minutes from the St. Croix River beaches. We are about 20 to 25 minutes from the airport, and 15 to 20 minutes from St. Paul. Just 5 to 10 minutes down Radio Drive from the shops and restaurants in Woodbury. Vehicle needed - space for 2 cars in the garage overnight. 2 other cars can park in the driveway. Bikes upon request for use in the garage. Please be respectful of neighbors with noise by the pool at night, after 10pm. No parties. At your own risk with little ones. The pool has a privacy fence around it so it is very private. Pool has an autocover for safety when not in use. Pool is heated. The pool has a shallow end and a 10 foot deep end. We have some pool gear available, but please bring some of your own favorite floaties. ***please note, we have a new 50 gallon water heater that works fine for our family, however we don't have the hot water capacity of a hotel, so please stagger showers and keep them short as hot water will run out if multiple people shower at the same time.
