Home is perfect location to stay if you need a nice place to stay. The home is much nicer then the local hotel options in the area. We offer use of microwave in kitchen, swimming pool .Nice spot to be close to any event you are attending. Very close to downtown Brentwood, vineyards and restaurants, gated community. We are in gated community that is brand new. You wont be disappointed. swimming pool with notice. It is community pool so one of the owners needs to hang out with you in club house if you want to go and swim during your stay. 24 hour notice needed for pool use. In kitchen ok to use microwave to reheat or heat meals. No stove or oven use. Ok to sit backyard eating area to have meal. NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Wipe down handles with sanitizing wipes provided please if micro used. Owners are onsite. We communicate by text/call with our guests. We are in separate suite in the home, you wont see us unless you need us. We are readily available during awake hours 7am to 9pm. after hours you must CALL the phone for emergencies only. We will not hear text. front entry gate locked at 7 pm. Opened at 7am. We keep motion active cameras in loft upstairs and kitchen / our living area which we activate when we leave the home for security reasons. We ask that you respect our areas and stay in the rented area you booked/room / bathroom use. We are in a gated home, nice, secure location. We are near the Hillcrest/Antioch BART station which can transport you into surrounding Bay Area cities, very convenient. For food door dash, grubhub, Owner will take your temp on arrival for Covid precaution. Any temp register at 100 access not allowed. Please wipe down handles and items touched with sanitizing wipes as often as you like. Wipes provided. Thanks
