Welcome to Pauline's Perch! Our newly built 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath open concept bungalow is perched on a hill one block from the beach right behind the Manitou Springs Hotel and Spa. Enjoy the beautiful lake views and weather on our large deck with lounge/dining furniture and BBQ or sit inside and play games, watch Netflix/cable, and enjoy the cool air. We offer WiFi and parking. We are a family friendly site including a travel cot and high chair as well as many more amenities. We are available by phone, email, and text throughout your stay.
