Plum Lake Rentals

This complex is great for families. We are on a 3 acre plot of land set back from Highway N with a dock on Plum Lake's west end in Sayner, WI. The apartment is air conditioned with electric heat. The apartment is on the second floor, with its own entrance (not handicap accessible). There is a kitchen with a full stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes/pots/pans/utensils. The bathroom has a tub - shower combination. The living room has two recliners, a sleeper sofa, t.v. with VCR/DVD (many tapes available for free use), table with chairs, closet for coats, with access to the private deck overlooking the lake. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a closet, ceiling fan and views of the lake. Use of the dock and canoe (for an extra fee of $5/hour). No swimming off the property's shoreline, sorry! I live in the lower level and guests knock on my door to get the apartment keys and ask any questions. Swimming is available at Crystal Lake (state property) two miles down Highway N. There is a canoe available for rental. Plum Lake is a great fishing lake. There is a paved bike trail directly across the road that leads to a wonderful corner store with ice cream and light fare. The village of Sayner is two miles away with gas station, museum, restaurant and pub, gift shops, library and a playground/park with tennis and basketball courts. The historic Plum Lake golf course is 3-4 miles away. There isn't any public transportation but the hiking and biking trail goes to StGermain, Sayner and Boulder Junction. It is very scenic, black topped and you can't get lost on it!! (Website hidden by Airbnb) We have a very large parking lot. There is plenty of room to park your boat and trailer. If you have more than one vehicle, there is room for them. In the apartment, pets are welcome for an extra $10/night per animal, and the owner is responsible for caring for them (do not leave them unattended).
