Grande maison avec jardin, animaux, au calme

Property with a 5 bedrooms house build up a century ago (which was massively refurbished in 2020), 6 hectares of land including a big garden and fields for my ducks, sheet, geese, etc. The environment is very nice, peaceful, full of nature. The room is on the groundfloor. The house has one floor. It takes few seconds to come from Chalais downtown. This is a very quiet place, strongly connected to nature. There is a train station in Chalais, 2 km from the property. This is the Bordeaux <> Angoulême line provided by SNCF. It takes 1h to go Bordeaux and 30min to Angoulême. The first entrance to the main road to go to Bordeaux is Montlieu la Garde, 25 km from home It takes 30 min by car to go to Saint Emilion, very famous vinery. Bordeaux is 90 km from Chalais and home of about 60 wine appellations. Angoulême 50 km up north, is famous for its strip cartoon festival
