Our fabulous grade 2 listed family farmhouse is available to rent for idyllic holidays in South Devon. Ideally situated 10 mins from Bantham beach. Stunning 5 bedroom, and 3 bathroom property (2super king/1double/2twin). Farmhouse kitchen: Rayburn, fan oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Wifi, Sky Sports. Period detached property, top quality fixtures and fittings, stunning views from all bedrooms, and cosy areas to relax indoors and out. It is a generously sized property which comfortably accommodates two families holidaying together. We are located in the beautiful Avon Valley, with uninterrupted rural views. Far from any road noise, but walking distance to a traditional country pub, farm shop, and popular garden centre. If peace, quiet, space and seclusion, with rural views and nearby beaches are what you are looking for, then look no further! All parts of the property, bar some locked cupboards for our personal possessions. We have a local cleaner and gardener who will be supervising the property, and we are available via phone or email. We are an easy drive to Kingsbridge for all amenities - two supermarkets, butchers, several bakeries, greengrocers and dozens of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Arts cinema, soft play cafe, and many more activities besides. Beaches nearby include Bantham, Bigbury, Thurlestone, South Milton Sands, Hope Cove, Ayrmer Cove, Wonwell (all within 20 minutes drive). Golf, watersports, walking to name a few outdoor pursuits nearby. You will need a car to access the property and reach local facilities. There is a cafe and farm shop approximately 20 minutes walk from the property, and a post office and newsagaents/ general store a similar distance in Churchstow, with a popular pub, serving great quality food. PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A LIVED-IN FAMILY HOME! The house is always clean, tidy and bedroom cupboards and drawers all clear. However, you should not expect the utility to be empty, or all the downstairs drawers to be empty. (We are dog owners and it is a pet friendly property, in case of allergies.)
