Just a short drive to the Dartmouth Green, less than 1 mile to the grocery store, easy drive to shops and restaurants, an easy walk to Advance transit, and walking distance to recreational trails. An outdoor area equipped with grill, firepit, and outdoor games that make it the perfect space for family gatherings or small parties! Neighborhood is lined with plenty of sidewalks making it a nice place to take a walk. It is walking distance to many desirable amenities, but also easy to drive in and out of. The house offers ample parking spaces. Quiet residential neighborhood close to amenities including restaurants, public transportation, and riverside park. Ample on-site parking, close to public transportation, and rideable by bike to many desirable areas. We have our house cleaned prior to guest arrivals, but we do live with a dog and cat so if you are allergic to pets this house may not work for you. The basement storage area and master bedroom closet is not accessible to guests.
