Riverholme Sky Tent is a pre-erected tentsile tent located in a private 2 acre woodland with views onto the River Severn in Worcestershire. The tent can sleep up to three adults and is suspended (above ground) between 3 trees. There is a fire pit, compost toilet, and covered washing area. Access to hot & cold water. Just bring your camping gear minus the tent! You won't be sharing the wood with any other human being only the local wildlife which includes badgers, foxes, deer, bats, and birds. Designed for 3 adults (and all their gear) the tent will hold up to 440kg / 880lbs. The tent comes with a built-in insect mesh to protect you from insects and other creepy crawlies and has 3 huge doors that can be rolled back to create an almost fully open hammock platform. The rainfly can be removed for fantastic views and summer breezes but when attached, it completely encloses the tent and keeps you and everything else inside, fully dry in even the heaviest of downpours. The rainfly extends outwards from the tent giving you a large, dry area underneath the tent to store gear or act as a covered living space. There are 3 internal storage nets and 3 underfloor storage nets ideal for backpacks and other larger items. The large central hatch makes it easy to climb in and out of the tent. At the entrance to the wood, there is a wooden building housing the compost toilet with toilet paper supplied, a sink for washing up, and a screened-off area for washing. A selection of kitchen utensils, and crockery is available in case you forget anything. There is also a small selection of paperbacks that you are welcome to read. Parking for 2 cars or 3 bikes. An extensive network of footpaths allowing safe access to local shops and pubs. The woodland is adjacent to my house so there will be someone on-site most of the time if you require any help. Within easy walking distance of 2 country pubs serving food and drink and also a village shop and farm shop, so you will be well catered for. Numerous footpaths including The Severn Way.
