It can be a generous space for a couple, or a dorm/family room space that sleeps up to four. Downstairs also has the washer and dryer available for your use and also has a half bathroom. The shower for this space is located on the 2nd floor bathroom. Full access to the whole home (besides my bedroom and office), main kitchen and rooftop getaway room that opens to two roof decks with spectacular views of the Inner Harbor and Baltimore skyline. The rooftop room has second kitchen and 55" state-of-the-art Smart TV with DirectTV satellite service. While you're renting a private room you're basically renting my whole home and access to the whole home. If I am in-town, I will be available in the house to assist you as needed. If I am away, I am easily reachable by phone or text. I want my guests to have their privacy, so interaction with me will be at the discretion of my guests. The home is located in an historic area of Baltimore City, directly across the inner-harbor from center-city, the convention center, and major convention hotels. You have the peacefulness of a quiet getaway, while being 1/2 mile from all the action of the Federal Hill commercial district, and less than two miles from center-city Baltimore, the convention center, and all major hotels. The listing is located on a peninsula, with the Under Armour Global Headquarters, the Domino Sugar Factory, and historic Fort McHenry all just blocks away. You'll be able to walk to most places easily from this property and bike riding is also a great option. There is plentiful street parking in the neighborhood. Uber car service is fast and inexpensive to most areas in the city (No more than $5-10). The Charm City Circulator, a free bus, runs to downtown every 20 minutes, and it picks up a block and a half from the house. City bus routes have stops within two blocks of the house, and they can connect you with the downtown subway system and most anywhere you need to go.
