Located in the heart of a charming midwest lake town, the Edgewater Guest House is perfectly located and appointed to meet your needs. Whether you are coming back to Wauconda to re-live the summer of your youth, spend time at a family reunion, or need a quick getaway, this is home. Located on the edge of Bangs Lake with marina views, the home is just a short 149 steps to Main Street with its many restaurants and shops. Walk to Phils Beach or have dinner overlooking the lake. Low cleaning fee! Use keypad on front door to enter. code will be given at checkin. Alarm will chime but will be deactivated. To lock door, hit the lock button. We live in town and are available if you need anything. Located between Bangs Lake and Main Street and is walkable to the public beaches, restaurants and shops. The home overlooks the marina but does not have private access to a beach. There is an attached garage, and parking for 4 cars; there are two adult bikes, and everything is accessible by sidewalk for walking. You're on vacation. You shouldn't have to spend 2 hours on the last morning doing a deep clean. So, we will make you a deal. We will only charge the minimum cleaning fee of $30 if you will just be kind to our house and then strip the beds you used and place used towels on the bathroom floor. Paying to have the home clean and sanitized is my business expense, not your vacation cost. Please let me know if you plan to bring a pet however as we do have a $50 pet fee.
