Located close to Alexandra Park and proximate to numerous restaurants, takeaway, coffee shops and convenience stores. There is free on street parking on this street and all the nearby streets so there is no issue with parking multiple cars. If you are a "walker", we are conveniently located so it's a short walk to all amenities, university and city centre. Major bus routes on Princess Road, Claremont Road and Great Western Street, all of which extremely frequent and just moments of walk away. This property is not suitable for events/parties We put a lot of effort into our homes to provide the best experience for our guests. Please treat it with respect and care as if it's your own. For this reason we cannot accept guests who are planning to party, or play loud music at our property. We have an expulsion team in place to kick out anyone who is not friendly or cooperating.
