Easy access to Airport or Royal Infirmary Hospital, via the city bypass only 3 minutes away. Bus stop 2mins away. Regular bus services to Morningside (takes 5min) and city centre (takes 15 - 20min). Free public parking, on the street, at the front of the property. The flat has had a cat staying in it. Although cleaned thoroughly, this may be an issue for allergy sufferers.
