Dedicated Laundry Room and a Full kitchen, with a gas stove and all necessary gadgets and pans to cook and bake. There is also Cable tv. This smoke free apartment has everything one would need to spend a weekend, a week or even months. There is a dedicated laundry room that you don’t need to share with anybody. A nice office/library where you are invited to borrow any book during your stay. Board games and cards are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find several appliances like air fryer, instant pot, bread maker, microwave, coffee makers, panini grill, toaster, etc. There will be some pantry staples available when you arrive, and you can feel free to use it: salt, seasonings, oil, sugar, tea and coffee. We understand that people have different needs, particularly for pillows. For your comfort, you will find a linens closet with a variety of pillows, blankets, duvet covers, bedsheets, etc. By the way, the beds’ duvet covers are washed in between guests’ stay. We offer toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and hand soap. There is also a blow drier in the bathroom. Outside, by the entrance door, there is a grill, patio table table, chairs, umbrella and even a fire table. All in an enclosed, gated small private patio. The south entrance door is exclusive to the unit and must be used by the guests spring, summer and fall. The north entrance is optimal for winter time, when there is snow on the ground. It’s a shared hallway for both apartments. It has a panic door, and it’s also an emergency exit at all times. We're happy to assist with any questions you might have, you can contact us at any time.
