Unique carriage house with charming wooded view. Premium king sized bed in cozy environment. Updated bathroom with tile shower. Mini frig for beverages. Keurig for coffee or hot water. Central location, less than two miles to Whole Foods, Starbucks, Chipotle and more. Easy access to the highway and just about 30 minutes from Dayton International Airport. The “little house” has an office in it that guest can use if they want a space to work that is separate from the bedroom. The bedroom has a premium king sized bed and an updated shower. The bedroom, the closet, the full bathroom, the office. We live on the property in the main house, so we are very available if needed. We do have a big family, some chickens and a very small dog. The location is tough to beat. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the University of Dayton and less than 45 minutes to downtown Cincinnati. There are some great local, independently owned spots to check out, here’s a brief list: - Boston Stoker (coffee, tea) - Bill’s Donuts - Old Scratch (pizza, salads) - Lock 27 (food and craft beer) - Kabuki (sushi, Korean food) All within a 10 minute radius from the home. You can park next to the guest house with a sidewalk leading right to the entry door. Plan on driving yourself to get from A to B, but Uber and Lyft are around the area too. The guest house does not yet have it's own kitchen, but there is a small refrigerator and a Keurig.
