Hanover Cottage offers everything you need to have a wonderful stay in downtown Fredericksburg. It is conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, bars, art galleries, and shops. Less than two blocks from Sunken Road and the 1862 Civil War battlefield, only 3 miles from I95. Walking distance to/from the VRE/Amtrak train station. Ample street parking is available. We respectfully request smokers not consider booking as smoking is prohibited in the cottage as well as on the property. It is a private guest cottage with a “studio apartment” style floor plan. It is a private guest cottage with its own patio at the rear of the property, access by walking through the main house carport. No shared common spaces.
