Gorgeous new house in the peaceful Tasmanian countryside. Ten minutes from Ulverstone, 25 minutes from Devonport and 30 minutes from Burnie. Lovely open plan living, this house lets you wake up to nature. There are three bedrooms, two singles (one also has a double sofa bed), and a spacious double . A cot is available upon request. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and separate bath available to relax in. Wind down at the end of the day in the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area watching the sun go down and the moon come up through the lounge room windows, or on the couch outside on the verandah. Main access is through the front door. There is a verandah out the back which is entered by a sliding door. There is a living / dining / kitchen area located in the centre of the house where everyone comes together. If the room with the sofa bed is not in use, you can use this as an additional lounge or an escape area . A lovely, quiet neighborhood, the house is located on 42 acres in a bush/pasture setting surrounded by farms. With views of Black Bluff, the scenery can be quite breathtaking. Horses, sheep and dogs also reside on the property. All are very friendly and will come up to say hello should you venture out. Located within easy driving distance of Gunns Plains Caves (15 mins), Wings Wildlife Park (15 mins), Leven Canyon (20 mins), Sheffield - the town of murals (25 mins), Cradle Mountain (45 mins), Turners Beach Berry Patch (10 mins), Fuschia Fantasy (15 mins), the quiet town of Forth (15 mins) and the Don Railway (20 mins). Ten minutes from Ulverstone township and the beach, with the gorgeous Pier01 restaurant for those who enjoy fine dining. There is no public transport to the house, a hire car is recommended if you do not have your own. The Devonport airport is within a 30 minute drive, Burnie/Wynyard airport 40 minute drive and Launceston airport 1 hour and 20 minutes away. The house is fully furnished and fully operational. A heat pump is available to ensure you are always nice and warm. The house is ducted to distribute the warmth into each room. A fully catered kitchen with ample room to try out your culinary expertise.
