Cosy cabin in rustic setting.
A nature lovers delight. This cabin is located off the beaten path, nestled in the woods, down a BUMPY dirt road. Lots of wild life, four wheeling trail, secluded and private with a large outdoor space. Deer, bird watching and wild life. Path leading to river is across the Street. We spent last year updating the whole cabin. New paint, flooring and accessories. We are still working on the outdoor surroundings. 500 sq. ft. well kept cabin, with a open living, kitchen, bedroom space, and a separated bathroom. A/C , heat, hot water. Fully furnished, dishes, coffee pot, cook ware, linens. 50” flatscreen internet TV. Outside eating area, fire pit with wood, hammock, and gas grill. A happy, quite, relaxing place to stay. There is a deeded right of way to the river from this property. River path is located down and across the street. The Bald eagles fish it in the late afternoon early evenings. Across and slightly down the street is the river and 4 wheeler path. You are bound to see the bald eagles flying up and down the river. We keep fishing poles on site. Welcome to bring kayaks and rafts. My Email is (email hidden) The nearest big city, Waterville, is 20 mins away. The nearsest towns, pittsfield, Unity, clinton, are a 10 min drive. Belfast coast 35-40 mins, beautiful Bar harbor and Acadia national park an hour an a half away. 12 minutes from unity college & Central Maine Institute. Colby college 20 minutes. This cabin is in a rustic location off Rt. 100 approximentely 1 1/2 miles down a bumpy dirt road that runs along Sabasticook River. Beautiful outdoor setting. You will need your own transpertation It's a 3 day min. stay. The cabin must be cleaned and left in the condition it was when you arrived.
