Welcome to this leafy cozy plot with two well-equipped houses on the plot, perfect for two families. Both WC, shower and kitchen are in both, washing machine in the guest house. On the large house there is a large terrace, which will run along the entire long side of the large house next summer. For the children there is a tree house, swing and trampoline for play and fun. Cub and badminton are also available. On the terrace of the main house there is a gas grill and a spacious dining table for cozy barbecue evenings. If it is cold one evening, you light the stove in the living room and cozy, there is wifi, game consoles, smart TV and Blue-Ray if you want to play a little. There is a communal pool in the area, but on Rådmansö it is never far to swim in the sea. The house is only 7 km from the summer town of Norrtälje, it includes 3 bikes in the rent, so why not take a bike ride there for an ice cream by the quay, while enjoying nature on the way there. In the spring of 2022, the house will undergo minor renovations.
