Holiday Apartement

I am letting one double bedroom, one single bedroom, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom (with a shower, no tub). You will have plenty of storage for bags, coats, and shoes in a spacious hallway. The Apartment is exclusively reachable through a separate entrance via a set of stairs. You will have access to your own garden segment that is separated from the rest of the garden with a high fence. COVID-19 Regulations: The appartement can only be rented with vaccination, negative test or healthy after corona-illness. The living room has a dining table with four chairs, shelves with books for children and grown-ups, board games, a radio, and a chest of drawers to store away your own possessions. Outside, there is a barbecue area with a barbecue and garden furniture. One area of the garden is exclusively for guests. It is separated from the rest of the garden by a high fence. For children there’s a sandbox with toys and a paddling pool. The garden is not directly accessible from the apartment. There is a lockable room where bicycles can be stored. Per request, I can offer you my garage for delicate vehicles, such as oldtimers. Starting October 2021, you will be able to use the sauna for an additional fee of 10€. Parking for two cars without fee. There are several horse riding stables in the close area. Brunsbüttel has a public swimming pool with a sauna and many shopping opportunities. Eddelak has a supermarket, two mechanics, two gas stations, two charging stations for electric cars, a bicycle repair shop, a shop for horse riding equipment, a doctor’s office, a practice for dialysis patients and one for physiotherapy. Brunsbüttel, the Elbe, and the Nord-Ostsee-Channel are only a few kilometers away. The North Sea is not far either. You can reach Friedrichskoog and the seal rescue center located there via the B5. The nearest motorway access points are in Itzehoe and Schafstedt. The Wacken-Open-Air Festival is ca. 35 km away. Many bike and walking trails invite you to spend time outdoors. A sports plane airport and a golf court are close by. The construction site of the fifth floodgate in Brunsbüttel draws many visitors and is in close proximity to the tourist information point. It is advised to bring a car or bicycle since there is very little public transport, with the exception of a few buses. I own a dog (male, not neutered, Cocker Spaniel). He does not enter the guest rooms but small hairs can still appear. People with strong allergies should consider this. The dog is friendly with everyone. If you would like to bring a pet, please make a request first – cats are not allowed.
