Well how about that very same thing just outside of Portland? Welcome to Corbett Farm. Guests have access to the grounds 8.5 acres and the horses, feed the peacocks if you like. Payment can be cash, (Hidden by Airbnb) or any credit card. Just be sure to let me know if you would like to ride so we can book the time prior to your visit. Guests are here for the peace and quiet and to do their own thing. Your privacy is respected. Am happy to introduce you to the horses and provide you with a *riding lesson or a trail ride(s), there are plenty of trails and some good views of Mt. Hood from horseback. *The Additional Fee for riding provides hay & feed for the horses. The neighborhood is best described as calm and tranquil. Lots of trees, fresh air and horses. If you enjoy fishing you are close to both the Sandy and Colombia Rivers. Dec/Jan-May/June the farm is a great spot for folks who want to ski or snowboard Mt. Hood and also spend time in Portland. At the farm you are about half way between Portland and Mt. Hood, close to the Scenic Gorge. We are accessible by car or bike and there is parking for both. Corbett Farm is a place for people who enjoy being around horses. There are free range peacocks, turkeys, chickens, ducks, geese, goats, rabbits, Kune Kune pigs and plenty of trails for riding or hiking and exploring.
