Enjoy quality time with family or friends in our large, 100% eco clean and retro zen inspired 1920's craftsman home. Enjoy the backyard/private outdoor area equipped with BBQ and gazebo. We have WiFi, smart TV, spacious dining room and a sunny office space for folks working from home. We are located 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. Really feel what Long Beach is all about in this clean comfortable home. We use only 100% Eco cleaning products, from shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent. We finish all of our cleans with a alcohol wipes on all surfaces the hands can touch. We are a pet free home to accommodate those with allergies. Service dogs are accepted upon request. We have a family member who is blind and needed a service dog to live so please do not disrespect or abuse this rule by saying it is a service dog when it really is not. We will need to see proof of the service training. We love crystals and we love creating a minimal zen experience. We live in the small house behind the home, but completely separated by a fence. We own a local brunch spot located about a 20 minute walk from the home. We are mostly at work all day but we would love to meet our guests if they stop by the cafe! $10 gift certificate available at the cafe. We are experienced Airbnb hosts and are so excited to share this new gem with you! Street parking is not a problem here. There are usually open spots right in front of the house leading to the front door. We are located centrally but in a neighborhood with less apartments, which means parking is easy breezy. Check in is also simple with a code lock front entrance for your stay. No lock box and no worries about losing a key. We are completely separate from the rental in a house behind it. If we happen to cross paths we would live to say “hello”. But, we totally respect your time and vacation and will leave you be. We are close to tons of restaurants, bars and retail shopping. Retro row is one of our favorite areas in Long Beach and is located on 4th st. We own a seasonal brunch and specialty coffee cafe 1 mile away on the Retro Row strip called Wide Eyes Open Palms. We hope you can stop by for some food and coffee and see what our Long Beach community is like! Walking and electric scooter is recommended for exploring the Long Beach area. But there are ubers and LB transit in route on 7th and 4th st. And may we say walks through our neighborhood is awesome. Many of the homes are historic and built in the early 1900s. Nothing like a house and garden walk after dinner or early in the morning.
