Large furnished deck in back of house can be used for cooking on the grille and outdoor dining. Yard games, zim zam court, corn hole, yard yahtzee, etc. Large 6 person outdoor hot tub and three bonfire pits to enjoy. 2 queen size beds. Full bath and laundry facilities. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker. Electric fireplace. No stove. Lake living at its best!! All the toys you need to have a blast! Close to historic downtown Hillsborough where you will find many art galleries, restaurants, bars, shops and you can usually find some live entertainment and dancing. WE RENT THE BACKYARD FOR PARTIES 10-30 guests SEPARATELY here: https://www.airbnb.com/h/tikibarforparties You will have access to the basement guest room, screened porch, hot tub, backyard, lake, kayaks, rowboat and three firepits. Also, full access to the back deck with furniture and gas grille. You will also have access to the fully loaded, temperature controlled TIKI BAR right by the water! The main house is not included. Only the basement guest suite with full bath and laundry facilities. Full access outdoors. You may book an hour ride on the pontoon for an additional fee. MAY-OCT only when conditions allow. Pets are welcome, extra cleaning fee applies. There will be someone (usually Lisa or tenant Bill) there to greet you and show you the ropes. Then its up to you to have a ton of fun (safety first)! Bring own food, drink, etc. You will be able to contact the owner with any questions. Historic downtown Hillsborough is just 15 minutes away. Great shops, galleries, restaurants, and bars! Catch some live music and dance the night away! Park upfront in the driveway by the road. You may of course pull up the driveway to check in and out.
