This quaint 900 square foot secluded cottage is on top of 4.5 acres overlooking the valley and the Cascade mountains. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets make your stay extra special. Great for a romantic and relaxing getaway! All items in the space are available for you to use (Cable TV, washer, dryer, closets, cookware, fully stocked kitchen etc.) You can also take advantage of the fenced yard and patio which includes a propane bbq. The lovely town of Creswell is only 8 miles South of Eugene and just off of Interstate 5. This 900 square foot cottage is located just two miles West of town and has breath taking views of the valley and Cascade range. Minutes away from many local wineries such as King Estates, Chateau Loraine, Sweet Cheeks and Saginaw Vineyards...just to name a few. The quaint town of Creswell comes equipped with a beautiful 18 hole golf course as well as airport for those with private planes. 20 minutes from the 2022 World Track Championships at the Historic Hayward Field. We, as the owners, are right next door and available if needed. In addition to the nearby wineries, and 20 minutes from Autzen Stadium, the area is perfect for outdoor activities such as biking and hiking. During your stay, you must treat yourself to the Creswell Bakery or a round of golf at Emerald Valley golf course. Located 2 1/2 miles from Interstate 5. There is also a Park & Ride LTD bus that runs to Eugene. During your stay, you may be greeted by two well mannered small dogs that typically do not stray far from us. We also have a whole house generator in case of power outages.
