Our house is very bright. Ideal location for visiting the corrèze, the dordogne and the lot. Our house is located in the countryside while benefiting from a neighborhood. You are totally independent. We know how to be discreet but available to answer your questions. The nearest village is 5 minutes away. A car is therefore essential in our region if you want to visit. 10 minutes from the Paris Toulouse axis and 5 minutes from the A89 motorway exit. We offer accommodation on the first floor of our house. (We will be present on the ground floor during your stay). It is forbidden to smoke in the accommodation. Access to this living space can be done either through the main entrance which serves the 2 living spaces, each with a lockable door. Or by the portal of the terrace of the accommodation which has direct access to the road where you can park. The proposed space includes: - A kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge-mini freezer, induction hob, extractor, kettle, toaster, senséo, 1 table, 2 chairs, dishwasher, salad spinner ...). - A dining-living room (with board games) - A bedroom (with 1 bed of 140) - A bathroom (bath and shower) - A toilet 2 bedrooms are located upstairs but are not included in the rental. They will therefore be closed. The kitchen and the living-dining room give access to a terrace including a teak table (6 seats) and 2 sun loungers. The shutters of the house are electric. They all close using individual remote controls. You have books. A telephone subscription with internet (excluding mobile). An unheated swimming pool (9x4.5m) to share with the owner. Closed from october to may This is secured by a bar cover (restrictive system), it is therefore preferable that the exchanges take place with families whose children can swim. THE USE OF THE POOL IS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ADULTS OR PARENTS FOR THEIR CHILDREN. All persons other than those declared in the rental are not authorized to come into the accommodation. Sheets, towels and toilet paper are provided. You can park your car in front of the house. Or in the courtyard if it is not too low (we have to redo our descent of course due to road works by the town having hampered our access). We also have a 2000m2 garden. We are generally present during your stay which is located on the first floor of our house. (We occupy the living space on the ground floor). We can therefore answer all your questions. The Dordogne is 5 minutes, 30 minutes from Montignac (Les Eyzies, the Lascaux caves ...), 50 minutes from Périgueux, 1 hour from Sarlat la Canéda. The lot 25 minutes, 1 hour from Rocamadour and the Gouffre de Padirac. La CORREZE has some of the most beautiful villages in France: 30 minutes from Saint-Robert and Turenne, 35 minutes from Collonges-la-Rouge, 50 minutes from Curemonte, 1 hour from Ségur-le-Chateau. . We are 1 hour from Limoges 1 hour 36 from Oradour sur Glane. 2 hours from Toulouse and Bordeaux.
