Patent House at the Little River Inn

The Patent House is a part of the Little River inn in Aldie, Virginia and we have been in business for 36 years. A full breakfast is included in your stay, we use local meats, eggs and serve everything from French toast, to quiche, to Dutch apple baby. The Patent House is located across the driveway from the Main House where breakfast is served. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom attached, a living space and a working wood burning fireplace. We live in the town of Aldie and are available if you need help or have questions! Located in Aldie is an antique shop also run by your hosts, which is called Mercer Tavern Antiques. Greenheart juice shop and the Aldie General Store and Cafe are also located within walking distance. The Little River Inn is located 5 miles east of Middleburg, Virginia, the heart of Virginia’s hunt and horse country. Whether it’s a wine tasting at one of the many vineyards, eating at one of the region’s fine restaurants, taking a tour of a world-class horse farm, shopping in downtown Middleburg, visiting a civil war battlefield or just relaxing in the clean country air, you will find that there is something here for everyone! There are sidewalks for walking around Aldie, as well as Ubers and Lyfts are in the area, and private drivers and party buses!
