Cosy 3-bedroom cottage for relax and re-charge

Our cottage is located in a quiet location 15 mins walk from a lovely little village Vojkov. It's an ideal place for anybody who would like to be close to nature and enjoy walks in a forest or make trips to explore the beautiful scenic landscape. Our cottage is an ideal place for couples or group of friends. Families are welcome, although garden and house are more suitable for older kids. We do not have any playground or kids furniture. Even though front garden is secured, back garden is not fully gated. The cottage offers big open plan kitchen/dining/living room with fireplace and a large dining table where you can play board games or just have a glass of wine and enjoy evening. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need including dish washer, coffee maker, kettle, oven etc. Downstairs offers one bedroom with king size bed and one big family bathroom with a bath and washing machine & tumble dryer. There are two other double bedrooms upstairs and bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedrooms are furnished with king size beds plus additional single beds/sofa bed. Place is heated via fireplace and when needed guests can use portable heaters. You can enjoy outdoor dining or having a bbq in the garden. Our family who owns the cottage lives in Vojkov which is only 15 mins walk / 3 mins drive. They will take good care of you and are available when needed. Podoli is a quiet valley with only a few houses. So it's the perfect place to relax. There is a lovely village Vojkov, only 15 mins walk where you can find a post office, little grocery shop and bus stop. The bus can take you to local towns (Sedlcany & Votice). Both towns offer a range of restaurants and shops. There has been an outdoor swimming pool opened recently in Votice - called Biotop. If you have a car, you can drive only 20 mins to the sport centre Moninec. The resort offers cycling trails for everyone or an activity centre with attractions such as water slides, trampolines, tubing, mountain scooters, swimming pools etc in summer or skiing/snowboarding in winter. Popular golf resort Certovo Bremeno is only 30 mins drive. Nearby places of interest include Chateau and gardens in Vrchotovy Janovice & Retroautomuseum or Museum of rural buildings of the Central Vltava Region in Vysoky Chlumec.
