Stable Lodge - set in the heart of the Swan Valley and close to the State Equestrian Centre A private self-contained house set amongst fruit orchards and private gardens, nestled in the heart of the Swan Valley. Stable Lodge is a 1970s style house which has been recently decorated throughout and is perfect for family groups. Stable Lodge is a large single storey property with four bedrooms and plenty of living space. Ideally located for discovering the wonderful Swan Valley and very close to the State Equestrian Centre for those guests visiting for competitions. The property is set alongside the Valley Equine Veterinary Centre and we are always happy to welcome our equine visitors with plenty of temporary agistment available for short stays. Stable Lodge boasts plenty of space: * Room 1: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom and toilet; Room 2: Queen bed; Room 3: Twin beds; Room 4: Double and single in the form of a bunk bed. 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, large lounge room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room. Sleeps 9 guests comfortably. Laundry/toilet attached to house which can be used by guests. This is a shared facility with the Equine Clinic, there may be clients or staff using the laundry however it is completely separate to the house (own entry) and the house contains two other full toilets/bathrooms for use. * linen/towels provided * hand and shower soap supplied * air-conditioning throughout property * well appointed kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave * washing machine, ironing board/ iron * large lounge room with 50” wide screen TV * dining area * lawned garden to front of property * undercover parking for 2 cars, additional parking available for cars or horse float on request Guests have the use of the entire house but access to the rest of the property is prohibited. There is also a lockable garage attached to the house that is available for guest use.
