Owner can coordinate fishing charters, float trips, or wake boarding with local guides. You have access to water toys, pontoon boat (must have boat licence), and kayaks. Relax...you're on lake time. Enter through the main entrance into the airy open-plan living and dining space. Well-appointed kitchen, washer dryer, and full bath on the ground floor. Ground floor also features a bunk room with 4 double beds. Exit out the French doors to your backyard, lakeside oasis. Fish or swim off the dock. Relax in the Adirondack chairs or grill up a feast for you and your guests. As the sun sets, light up the fire pit and settle in for a great night under the stars. We have a coded front door and alarm system if you choose to use it. Room for three cars in the driveway and ample free street parking. Quiet, residential, and family-friendly block on gorgeous Lake Hopatcong. Not a through street, easy access to highway 15 and local amenities. Walk, boat, or drive to local attractions.
