Quaint 3-bedroom house in the heart of Nottingham

This quaint Victorian house is located near a range of amenities and 5 minutes drive to the City Centre. A really relaxing house, part of a friendly community perfect for professionals, couples or family trips. You will be welcomed with 3 light and airy furnished bedrooms, a modern bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is also access to a spacious south-facing garden with garden accessories, including BBQ and seating for 4 people. This stunning house has been modernised throughout with hints of its historical features. A fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area in the living room (Garden room) for up to 4 people. You will also find a cosy reading corner in the living room. Note: Rooms only come with double beds in 2 main bedrooms and the smaller room (top floor) can accommodate sleeping for 1 person. This space also acts as a smaller living space with a reading corner, and office with desk. There is a Ring doorbell on the front of the property and another on the back, for security. Free road parking is available. There is free on street parking, however this is subject to availability of other residents. There is also free parking on the main road (Hucknall Road), at set times in the week and free all day/night during the weekend. Advice: Travel in 1 car with your group where possible to get good parking We are based in the city should you need anything, and will meet you upon arrival, if required. Following this, we are available by text message during your stay, as well as in person in emergencies. I have a friend who lives on the same street and helps host, so is in close proximity should you need any help A warm and eclectic neighbourhood (friendly and helpful neighbours), with the house located 10 minutes walk from a vibrant Sherwood High Street with various pubs, restaurants and shops. You are in an ideal location for family friendly fun including Woodthorpe Park, Arnott Hill Park and the Nottingham Forest Park, famous for holding the city's annual Goose Fair. There is also a friendly local butcher a stone's throw away from the house, as well as a Tesco Local. All you need at a click of a finger! There is a bus stop outside the house, which can take you to the city centre in 5-10mins (time of day), or Nottingham City Hospital in 5 mins.
