Enjoy your stay at a modern farmhouse tiny house in a quiet neighborhood. Recently switched out the bedroom mattress with a Casper full size mattress. The perfect cozy stay with just all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing! Check out my guidebook for info on recommended places to eat and places to visit while in town! (Available under the ‘where you’ll be’ section.) The home is located in a convenient spot making it very easy to access surrounding towns! Situated just 2 minutes off the turnpike and 10 minutes from King of Prussia. Without traffic we are 25 minutes to downtown Philadelphia. Local shopping just 2 minutes away at the Chemical Road shopping center. Amenities include Target, Giant, Fine Wine & Spirits, Ulta, Party City, David’s Bridal, Best Buy, Sacks Off 5th Ave, Lowe’s, Guitar Center & more. Also, nearby in other shopping malls include REI, Weis, Whole Foods, IKEA, the Plymouth Meeting Mall, AMC, Dave & Buster’s, and Home Depot. There is also a Wawa 1 minute away. Enjoy the fenced in backyard with fire pit and hammock. I am available for you by phone, text or email. Quiet, quaint neighborhood located in convenient location to many local areas. Highly suggest using a car to get around. However, there is Uber and Lyft available. The closest train station is in Conshohocken, about a 8 minute drive with parking available at the train station. You can take this train directly into Philadelphia for $7 per rider one way. There is also a bus route that runs off of Ridge Pike. I recommend no more than 4 guests, as your stay will be too cramped. Unfortunately, there is no power source in the bathroom.
