The cabin has a "great-room", with the kitchen/eating area at one end, fireplace/sofa/TV at the other - with two private bedrooms and one bathroom - a large covered front porch with lovely views of the wooded hills, and a brand new deck with table & chairs, and gas grill. There's ample parking. You will have full, private use of the cabin. Because the cabin sits next to our family home, we're often around on the weekends--especially during the summer! However it's completely separate, you'll have total privacy -- though we'll be available if you need help with something or want some recommendations--we're full of them! In addition to lush,"woodsy" surroundings, there's a state-of-the-art fitness facility with olympic-size pool right across the street (a 1 minute walk!) The cabin is 5 minutes from Margaretville where you'll find a full grocery store, CVS pharmacy, ATM, liquor store - and much more! While a car is a must-have to get from town to town, many of the quaint surrounding towns are walkable once you're there. Bicycle riding is also popular in the area.
